We are specialists in developing everything from simple pipes to complicated pipe solutions – from prototype to series production. Nothing is impossible!
With our qualified resources, broad experience and knowledge, we are happy to participate at an early stage with product development and prototypes up to design solution and series production in collaboration with our customers.
Products and services
Laser cutting
Laser cutting of pipes and profiles Ø12-152.4 mm We offer cutting in 2D. In the spring of 2021, we will invest in a new laser that cuts 2D, 3D, L-, C-, and U-profiles. Read more about our new laser here.
Pipe bending
We bend in different materials – black steel, chrome steel, stainless steel and aluminum from Ø6 to 60mm and square tubes 10×10-35x35mm.
Pipe processing
We also offer pressing, punching, beading expansion and dipping of pipes. We end mold pipes according to customer specific requirements using different types of formning machines.
Pipe cutting
We have two fully automatic cut lines that handle pipe diameters Ø6-127mm and lengths 14-3000mm.
Welding
We work with a number of different welding methods depending on what is to be welded. MIG / MAG and TIG are the most prominent methods.
